I am definitely a sucker for romance. I love working with people. I love the bursts of color, shapes, and texture. I love how people have different expressions and reactions. There is something that is just so gratifying with being able to capture and create moments in people’s lives, and another to be able to make an ordinary thing beautiful. The variety of the different kinds of photography from portrait to landscape to still life to photojourn definitely makes things interesting. All those different components are present in wedding photography. Of course, also because my best friend/boss/mentor got me into this - which I am extremely grateful for. I am proudly trained and molded by Raymond Fortun.

I am first and foremost a teacher. That is why I have taught photography to children and adults in the Philippines and abroad. I hope this is something that I can continue. I am a special education major and I taught kids with learning difficulties. I stopped teaching in March 2010. I am grateful and proud to be a part of the Raymond Fortun Photography team for four years now. I started while I was still teaching. I enjoy photography so much that in summer 2012, I finally decided to become a full time photographer.

I am currently taking care of Raymond Fortun Photography as RF is on an indefinite leave of absence. However, I am already doing weddings, engagement, postnup, maternity & budoir shoots on my own. I also cover events like baptisms and birthdays.

I am a photographer, but I am also the team leader, a videographer of sorts, an editor and sometimes also a driver. I do this all in a skirt and sometimes in heels too. *wink

"Taking pictures is savoring life intensely, every hundredth of a second."

-Marc Riboud (French photographer)

In every shoot, we arrive thinking, if this was my wedding, what would I want? That is how important your wedding is. That is why careful attention is given even to every detail, every action, every reaction. We shoot everything that one will find important. We take unlimited shots that you will all receive.

We arrive early because we want to be relaxed and not hurried. We want to take time to creatively take shots of all the details you painstakingly thought of and made sure was executed right. We also want enough time to do everything, to dress you up, to take your portraits, to take shots of you with your friends, entourage, and your family. We leave for the Church early so you will not be late and also so we can take shots of people arriving, of the details of the Church, to see what the groom and bride are doing just before the ceremony.

The same goes at your reception. We make sure you have photos with your guests, doing the wedding traditions, your and your guests' reactions, as well as the other details of the venue.

Before all this, I make it a point to respond to inquiries whatever it may be about (from prenup shoots to other stuff about the wedding) as soon as possible. Mostly via email and SMS. When necessary, even by phone and in person. Why? Because I understand and value peace of mind.

I do my best to help my couples because I don't want them to be stressed. If there's nobody there to help you, even if it's not part of my job, I will do it whole-heartedly.

These are the things I want on my wedding day and that is why that is what you will also get. After all, what's important to you, is important to me.
